i just bought this vacuum today and it is the worst piece of crap vacuum I have ever owned. THERE IS NO SUCTION!! It also gets clogged easily, I spent 2 hours trying to vacuum my 1500 sq. ft condo. I was constantly unglogging the hoses, emptying the canister, and plugging/unplugging (the cord is too short!) I have wood floors and a few oriental rugs and thought this would be the perfect solution, but I was way wrong. It has an attachment that is supposed to be Turbo, but it only spins and sucks if you have just emptied the canister. I HATE THIS VACUUM!
