A brief update that is little more detailed for those who requested more information:
The PlanPlus additions to Outlook are easy to navigate via icons and automated planning steps that are based on the Covey planning system that identifies your roles, 'big rocks', prioritized tasks, etc which can be easily set as appointments in one planning session once you get the hang of it. The basic layout of Outlook is maintained with just a few additions in terms of look. The program does let you prioritize your tasks as A1 and down as you would in a traditional Covey planner. They do provide you with quotations and tips that can be useful as well. I do believe that the program has useful features, but strongly believe the cons outweigh the negatives. I had problems printing out pages for my traditional planner which they could not seem to fix, nor could they provide a patch, replace it or come up with any other solution after I spent several hours on the phone with them trying to fix it. I also had some problems initially with my Palm crashing during synchronization after I installed the software, although I was eventually able to work this out. They also were not very supportive in terms of updates and did not disclose that their current product at the time of purchase would not work with the newest Windows OS (although I understand their newly released version does). As a solution to the incompatibility, they told me I would have to buy an entirely new software package. As I have often found with IT concerns, good customer service is priceless. Franklin Covey not only seemed to not have a very good grasp of their technical problems, but were also poorly lacking in general product support and customer service, which was surprising considering they offer training in customer service to some of their corporate clients. My advice would be to wait two or three more versions and revisit it then after FC has had a chance to work out the bugs both in their software and in their handling of tech problems and products.

Thanks for the heads up on Outlook. You might also add a few more details about the features this software offers that other readers might be interested in, and describe the print problems, operating system, printer, etc in a bit more details so readers with similar hardware will be better warned.
