Cons: Everything about this unit and the experience of dealing with Frigidaire.
The Bottom Line: Do not buy this product as Frigidaire does not know how to fix the problems it has.

We purchased this unit in June of 2005 and had problems from the start. As another reviewer posted, it would get hung up in a cycle and not move forward unless you turned the dial which wastes major amounts of water and makes the delay start useless! The service people came out to us 12 times and each time they were unable to repair it. They kept saying it was the hi temp rinse and hi temp dry issues causing it to freeze the dial which is the case because you can run the machine straight through if you do not use the hi temp functions. In my opinion that makes the washer useless. On top of that, the dishes clean terribly and absolutely left a cloudy film on all clear glass. I think I have purchased 3 sets of glasses in the last 2 yrs because of this. Here is the kicker - their warranty replacement stinks!!!! After the 12th visit when they finally deemed the unit not repairable, they then made the choice of what unit they would replace it with. They also as they put it "company policy" that they will not pay for delivery or installation of the unit. Now I will shell out another 2/3 of what I originally spent on a unit that from what I am reading is no better. I urge everyone to think twice before buying any Frigidaire product. I know I personally never want to go through this again and never purchase a Frigidaire appliance. If they stood by their products they would cover all costs and put a "lemon law" policy in place to deem something unrepairable after many less visits than 12!
