| azuki's Full Review: Fujitsu LIFEBOOK C7651 (FPCM30493) PC Notebook |
Well, I bought about 3 years ago, and never had any problems with it. At one point recently I had internal software conflicts that resulted in restoring the factory default OS. While it lacks certain newer technological features like built in wireless LAN, it is capable of doing everything the newer more expensive models can. The USB ports strangely enough are upside down, meaning given today's USB input peripherals like Rx/Tx wireless mouse and flash disks, they will appear upside down to the user. They are attached to the motherboard, so the case is built around the shape. Oh well. Fujitsu service is also outstanding, called 3 or four times to get answers for questions and even helped me reformat my drive that I mentioned earlier. Its a good intermediate range laptop with lots of power and potential. Its rugged, been around with me many places, and still stands out to passersby that rarely see a Fujitsu product. My next laptop will definately be another Fujitsu, more than likely the CELSIUS. Wish that had a integrated WiFi card, but then what would I do with the one I have?!.
