| Ellie41799's Full Review: Funai F240LA VCR |
A Few weeks ago, we decided to buy a new VCR. Our current one had stopped working. So, we needed one. So, we decided to go to Target to find one. My requirement for the VCR was that it was under $60, I really didn't want to spend much more than that.
THE FUNAI F240LB VCR
This VCR is a very basic and affordable VCR. It was priced at $54.99 at TARGET. It was on sale, it usually was $64.99.

THE SETUP
When you first hook up the VCR to the tv. We just have basic cable and so our cable cord goes right into the VCR and the VCR is hooked up to the tv. You then turn the VCR on. It immediately does a channel scan. That checks all the channels to see what channels you can receive in your area. Make sure your tv is set on channel 3. That is it! You put your video tape in, and you are all set!
WHAT I THINK ABOUT THIS VCR
I think the FUNAI VCR was a good bargain. It works great and it is very easy to set up. The features are good and it is just what we need.
The one thing that I don't like is that the remote doesn't have a volume control. So, I have to use another control or go to the tv to change the volume.
The actual VCR is black on the outside and very sleek looking. The buttons are easy to read and easy to push.
I highly recommend this VCR.
