This is an excellent deep fryer. It was given as a wedding gift and after years, it's still my favorite gift!!! One thing, and this may be something very minor but it was working fine one day and the next, the cooker got hot (inside) but the grease in it didn't. I'm going to go buy a new one today but if I can fix this, it'd be even better. It's more than likely something I did!
