Cons: It will become unplugged easily.
The Bottom Line: If your looking for an economical Deep Fryer that is loaded with features then this is the one for you!

If you need a dependable hard working deep fryer, this one is for you. I’m very impressed with the amount of food you can cook at one time. As the co-leader of a family support group I have a lot of different hats to wear. One is we do fund raisers to raise money for group activities. To make a long story short, we sold corn dogs at an Armed Forces event, so this deep fryer was plugged in and turned on from 9:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M. in the evening. We cooked over 300 corn dogs in one day! The fryer was incredible! The temperature was right on the money. Because this was on a military base we have to make sure our meats and food are cooked to correct temperature. We used a thermometer to keep checking the oil temperature and it stayed right at 375 degrees. Even after adding frozen food it would drop for a minute but it came right back up! The size of this deep fryer is another huge plus most of the deep fryers on the market really don’t hold a whole lot. We were able to put 8 corn dogs in at one time (now we did fill it a little past the max fill line and I don’t recommend doing this) however even with the over filling the corn dogs were cooked perfectly. I even tried frying mozzarella sticks and they were perfect. The only complaint I have is the plug is a magnetic break a way and we had to be very careful that it didn’t get bumped and become unplugged. Other than that the clean up was wonderful. The fryer completely breaks down so you can put it in the dishwasher. It also comes with a lid to put the removable pan so you refrigerate the oil after you use it, which is great for home use. It has a filter to keep the smell down in the house while you are frying foods. I have had other deep fryers that I paid a whole lot more for and they didn’t do near the job that this one did. With all of the features on this fryer you can’t find anything else on the market to beat it.
