I am the main plaintiff in a class action suit against Gateway for their Plasma screen TV' being DEFECTIVE. I have an attorney that has agreed to take on the suit! He is based out of California and e-mail address is AAkel@handal-law.com or e-mail me at ppretyinpink@aol.com RE: DEFECTIVE GATEWAY PLASMA Previous attorney declined the case. This firm handled a similar case with Pioneer plasma TV's and won!

Picture is ok, sound it non usable(have to get a surround system because the speakers incorporated in the TV sound like a transitor radio for the 50's. The look and style is a bit bulky and the Durability is non existant. I currently have been through 3 replacements since I purchased and now the TV is out of warranty and I am eating the 800.00 repair bill.
Dont waste your money on a Gateway TV. If you cannot spend a ton of cash on one, look at the DAEWOO or Sampo
