We have 5 children under 5 and this was our first time to purchase GRACO carseats for our twins.  Unfortunately one of the carseats is stuck in the base and since it has been 4 months Babies R US won't take it back. (One more reason I avoid this store)

GRACO has not been helpful in replacing the defective item.  They want the model no. & serial no. before they can send a pickup label which is on the bottom of the carseat.  So if i could see the model & serial no. I wouldn't have this problem. And once this crisis is figured out they'll send me a check in t w o weeks for $30 less than the purhased price.  Note: this model was only sold at Babies R US the price did not vary from store to store. 

Who is running this company?  Someone without children apparently.
