Heatsink fan has failed (Reply to this comment)

The fan on the card, responsible for cooling the main heatsink failed a few weeks back. While the card continued to run, it had significant artifacts and other problems when running 3D. Fortunately, the card suits an all-copper Thermaltake headsink/fan product, but that's A$40 I've had to spend on the card less then a year after I purchased it. I'm only one data point, but the card doesn't appear to be as reliable as one might like.
