I brought it home to a reception of "Have you lost your mind?". I proceeded to log on to the website and pessimistically enter my Panasonic TV, Denon DVD, Sony VCR and Yamaha Home Theater receiver. I was expecting troubles but once I waded through the initial set-up the questions were right on for figuring-out my configurations with the various devices. I downloaded the set-up to the Harmony and then went in and proceeded to watch TV then a DVD.
Only problem I encountered was that when I switched back to TV from DVD the wrong input on the TV would be active. I called support, waited a good 15 minutes (on their dime) and then the support person asked more questions, then had me put the systems through the paces. He made some changes to the set-up on line and then had me download the new configuration. Once the new set-up was downloaded, he had me test everything again to be sure it was working properly. All in all he was on the phone with me about 15 to 20 minutes. Thats what I call great service.
The wife's response was "great investment, I can't believe it's that simple to use. It must have been designed by a woman."
