These headphones are inexpensive, they sound great, are much more durable than they look on pictures, and are very portable for over-the-ear headphones. Usually headphones that are over the ear have to be put on your neck, or in a bag somewhere, where they can get crushed. If you have ear buds, they can get tangled and break very easily. But the PX100 can be folded and put into a case that fits into my pocket. Even without the case, it can still be put safely in my pocket. The pictures online make this pair of headphones look like they are made of plastic, like other cheap headphones. That is not the case here. These headphones are made out of metal. Real METAL!
I am not an audiophile, but I am quite sensitive to sound. I paired these with my home computer, as well as my Creative Zen 16GB, and it sounds as good as any pair I have ever used for under 100 dollars. They are better than my old Jabra sound canceling headphones, and as good as my graphite Logitech headphones that often break, and are uncomfortable.
These are more comfortable than you would expect also. There is padding for your head, and the traditional over-the head design, with the traditional ear pad speakers are a pleasure to wear.
The only headphones that I have ever used that sounded better than these were a pair of Bose over-the-ears headphones that cost $70 more than these PX100s do.
I only wish these headphones would have a shorter cord. My Logitec headphones had a 3’ cord that was perfect for working out in. This comes with a 5’ cord that is just a little too long.
