Pros: Looks decent. Bet it was cheap new.
Cons: Broken. Very hard to work on inside. Stupid design.
The Bottom Line: Stay away, buy an E-Machine or an IBM for less, and it will hold up better.

To be honest, I have not seen this computer run.
I just took this one home from a clients, it was dead and they were going to trash it.
I assumed it was juts a bad power supply, not worth replacing from the looks of it because its a special small one.
Well, after opening up the system, you find that the power supply is a small one, but it is fitted with a silly bracket to fit in a normal sized case (this is a micro atx case)
I tested the system with another PSU, no luck, (all cables pulled, changed memory) Either the CPU or the MOBO is bad. Odds are its the mobo. This system was used lightly, and died pretty early on.
The system is a PAIN to work on.
For example, I wanted to remove the power supply, but of course, its too tight up next to the cdrom. You must first remove the cdrom, which must slide out the front. To slide it out the front, you must remove the front faceplate. To remove the front faceplate, you must release 6 clips. One of these clips is located behind the CDROM, and is not easy to release instead, you just break the clip by pulling hard on the faceplate. No Im not stupid, I know how to open up a computer without breaking it; its just a poor design.
To pull the PSU connector you must remove the cpu fan shroud. Everything requires 50 steps first. Take apart (for example) a MicroATX E-Machine and its no trouble at all same with a small dell, ibm, etc etc.
I cant say too much more about the system, other than it died, and working on it was a major pain. I think I am just going to toss the system.
Good News: It takes SDRAM so if you have lots laying around like I do you are in luck.
Has a CDRW, USB1.1 (front \ rear) onboard video, ethernet, and sound. All cheap stuff.
