This computer has yet to let me down. I once knocked it off my desk open and it didn't even shut off. Overheating is a bit of a problem and of course it weighs a metric ton. No power jack problem though many of my comrades do not share my luck. Ample memory space for my college use. Usb ports very handy. Over all a muy bueno computer
