From the very first day I had this camera it had problems. I had to send the original one back and get another one because it wouldn't even turn on. The second one appeared to work for a while until it too would no longer turn on. I also lost all the pictures off of my memory card and was forced to buy another one. I was told it was most likely a problem with the memory card so I purchased another brand. This happened yet again and I was convinced it was the camera not the memory card. I have lost 2 memory cards, many pictures and countless hours of my life trying to fix it and retrieve my pictures. I have not even had this camera for a whole year yet. HP has sent me a third camera, and they are very nice about it, but it just isn't worth the hassle.
