fsustriker's Full Review: Hewlett Packard iPAQ h2215 Pocket PC
Ok, I got this Pocket PC for my 15th Birthday on September 21, 2004. This PC is one of the best that I saw at the store. I can do everything on it that I need to while I'm out of the house. It is helpful, even if the task is as small as taking a note, or if its writing up a paper for school while stuck in the airport. I was trying to figure a way to not buy an mp3 player, yet find a smaller thing to use to play my music. And I thought, hey, why not my PDA? So I bought a 1 GB chip for $15 and now I am able to listen to all my favorite songs off of my PDA and can listen to them in school.
This PDA comes with many features that work like your computer. There is the desktop look to it, to make it feel more like you are on your computer. You can access the internet either through a wireless card, or through connecting it up with your computer. Along with going on-line, you are able to log on to your msn messenger account, and chat with your friends while on the road.
Some of the things I like about this product:
- Easy to use
- Fast speed, dont have to wait long for programs to load
- Many programs already installed on it when received
- Can play games for when you are bored
- Has a long lasting battery, it can be used all day, and the next before needing to be recharged.
- Has a large storage right on the PDA
- Comes with case, and is thin, so it can slip right in your pocket
Some things I dont like about it:
- Writing on it, it takes awhile to get used to, so it registers the right letters
- Charger cradle
Why did I get this PDA?
Because I was looking for something nice to use while at school, and just on the road, so I dont have to use a computer later on, and can just upload it or e-mail it to the computer I need to save it on. I had a birthday gift coming, and I wanted something cool, that most of my friends do not have, and I enjoyed playing around with my brothers and my dads when I had nothing else to do.
This PDA was the best one I have used so far, technology is getting better each day, but if you wait for it to get better, you will just keep waiting, because they wont stop with upgrades. This one is basic, and easy to use, and is plenty for all needs. This PDA is small, and doesnt take up a lot of space, unlike those new ones with a phone or camera built it, and you dont have to worry about wrecking the lenses.
If you are looking for a PDA for yourself or for a friend, this PDA would be worth it for you, and would be enjoyed by the person you buy it for.
