Why LCD:
This is such a nice LCD. You wouldn't believe how this lcd makes a big difference. Not only no glare but bright. Watched movies on it and it looks good. Wish it wasn't made in China, but it had no dead pixels. The quality beat my CRT hands down. I haven't played games, but I know that gamers would probably still want a CRT for fast refresh rate. The LCD has 10ms fall and 15ms rise I believe, for a total of 25 ms. I will have to check to make sure this is right.
Minor Complications:
Some functions on menu are locked. I may have to call tech support for the answers. Manuel is okay, but not the best. I think it's in auto mode that's why I can't adjust contrast. However I can adjust brightness, and right now I have to keep it at 30 out of 100 since it is too bright. Will give it a five star as soon as I figure out why it won't let me adjust contrast.
Overall:
This LCD comes with DVI and Analog cables, and no integrated speakers. Even if it did come with speakers they would be low power. The LCD looks better than any LCD I seen so far from Viewsonic, Samsung, Sony, and Dell.
I will write more when I have time and will give a long term update.
