This is an awesome product. I've heard complaints from others who say their deep cleaner isn't powerful enough. That is not the case with this lightweight, convenient vac. It handles stains and spills with ease. We also have a cat who likes to cough up hairballs on our rugs, and this completely cleans the spot every time. And even when I just do general cleaning in high traffic areas, you should see how dirty the water in the tank is when I'm done. And we have relative new carpets! I Definitely recommend this product.
