we bought a Hoover steam vac V about 2 years ago. The machine has been used 6 times during this period. Each time we used it something broke on the product,causing it to leak on our floors and carpets. we have had to return the machine to the repair center 6 times!!! The only good thing I can say is the repair center fixes it each time with no charge. However, we purchased an extended warranty which was very fortunate for us. I would never again purchase a Hoover steam dual vac. Other Hoover products we have used over the years are great and have served us well.

I was half-expecting a ghoulish story and was ready to call the Staties to report a possible case of foul play.
