We have stayed at the Grand Vista two times in the past year. Our latest visit (Dec 2007) was not nearly as impressive as our previous visit. We had absolutely no housekeeping services (no towels, no cleaning bathrooms, etc.) for 3 of the 8 days we were there, despite numerous calls to Housekeeping and the Front Desk. Only plus was that Marriott gave us a "free" night's stay for our inconvenience when we checked out.
