Pros: customer service.

Cons: every last detail down to the headache inducing smell of fresh paint.

This is the worst hotel ever. Right off the back the elevator is slightly larger than a coffin, only large enough for 2 people. The rooms smell of fresh paint. The heater is regulated by the front desk and only turns on at 6PM. The walls are so paper thin that you can here your neighbor brushing his/her teeth. So needless to say I would only recommend this hotel to my worst enemy or if you have difficult in-laws in town that are in need of "special treatment" I would definitely send them here!
