for taking a while to find your review - a couple slip through the net every now and then!
I'm happy to rate a critical review with a good rate, but in my book it's even more important that the reviewer gives a lot of examples to justify their criticism. In your case, you have just mentioned that you had to wait to check in.
If you tell us more about why the service was poor here, and some more information about your experience at the hotel; the rooms, common areas, for example, then let me know. Always happy to return and find out more.
