The EasySync Pro is very expensive and I had a bad time with the IBM support people.

When I bought some software from IBM called Lotus Organizer it says clearly that the software comes with a free EasySync, but after I paid for it I found out that was not the case. The IBM support people were very arrogant and wanted to cut me off before I finished with my questions.

Now I find out that I have to pay for this EasySync Pro extra on top of the Lotus Organizer. That makes the total price come to over $120.00. Then I find out that the only thing this EasySync does is ride on top of the ActiveSync from HP. Also the software is very jerky and not smooth at all. I get a lot off error messages too.

It just seems that IBM should have spent more time getting the bugs out of this EasySync Pro. I am trying to be nice, but the fact is I do feel like I made a big mistake buying this software.
