The JVC 32050 is a Excellent TV... It has some of the best sound and picture I've seen or heard. It beats Sony hands down. The JVC's picture quality is absolutely beautiful. Color, and detail is outstandingly abundant ...very clean... looks like your right in the picture. The sound is crisp and clear. The 50 has 3 veiw setting, Auto clock and timers, V-chip, caption, audio out Vari/fix, nice sound adjustments for Bass Treble and balance, it has a blue screen mute if a channel goes off air, a two (2) tuner pip allowing you to surf channels while still watching the current one. It also has 2 S video hook ups as well as, Pr/Pb/Y video hook up to improve picture quality even more.
Note: I had recently bought a Sony KV-32S42 for $690. I had to take it back because of picture problems and some electrical arcing in the back of the set. Got a second Sony... I returned that one also because everyone was orange and the picture was distorted, that is, straight lines were curved and or wavy. Picked out the JVC 32050 because as I stated above, the picture look really good and it came with a great deal more features then that of the Sony S42 for the same price.
