Pros: Range is very good. It is hidden in my car.
Cons: It is very expensive compared to other radar detecting products.
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this product to anyone that wants the best. I was told this was the best and I believe it now.

I have owned my K-40 Remote radar detector for about six months now. I was at first very impressed with how it looked in my 2002 Tahoe. My wife drives the Tahoe most of the time so I don't use the product very often. However, over the past few months when we would take a trip together or go out to dinner, she has told me how much she likes the K-40. She says things like "This radar is far superior to any other we have had. It pick up cops so far down the road and gives time to easily slow down." Just yesterday we were coming down a hill and the front radar unit was going off like crazy. My wife said "he is in front of you and it is probably a west dundee cop." Because it was 10:00pm at night I could not see the cop until he passed us. She then said "yep, I know my west dundee cops and I know my radar detector!" I was so impressed with her confidence that I had to make a comment for the company. I would recommend this to anyone.
