Pros: Absolutely everything! Capacity, number of cycle choices, quietness, button lock, alarm on washer...
Cons: None so far.
The Bottom Line: If you do a lot of laundry and your budget will allow for it, you SHOULD have this amenity in your home!

I did tons of research, read all the reviews yet I was still a little reluctant because of the price. With our 4th child not even here yet, laundry was already an all day everyday affair. I got on Ebay and found the washer at a Sears outlet for $750. Once I arrived, I found the dryer there for $650 so I got both. What a terrific difference in our lives. The laundry is caught up with one, maybe two loads a day which is much more pleasant than it used to be. I start in the morning and am usually done before lunch. It's awesome. The features are relatively simple and it holds SO MUCH. The other reviews I read are not exaggerations. Though I've not put it to the 22 bath towel test it was amazing to wash a twin size waterproof mattress cover, a twin size quilt & sham, plus a couple of other smaller items in just one load. It was so nice! I've since done all our king sheets (including the blanket) and everything comes out smelling great. My regular Gain detergent does have a more fragrant smell than the energy efficient soap that is recommended and both get the clothes nice and clean. We are more than satisfied with this purchase and think you will be too.
A few words about specific features:
Wash cycles are: heavy duty, normal/casual, delicate, ultra handwash, and whitest whites.
Temperature controls are: hot/cold, warm/warm, warm/cold and cold/cold.
Garments can be added after starting a load, something unexpected on a front loader.
The extra options are really nice, like prewash, adding a second rinse and/or an extended spin.
The spin speed can also be modified: high, medium, low, extra low or no spin at all.
