I have had a Sunbeam Air Conditioner for a few weeks now and do not know all about it like you do for yours.
Really gave me some good information to think and listen for. Mine did require that 30 minute preparation before going in window. I traded an item with my neighbor for doing the work.
Mine is not as quiet as yours, no remote or digital either, but it cost $99 so I got what I paid for.

This really sounds like a super air conditioner. I love the low profile design. And of course easy to install is always a plus.
