I must say after reading the other reviews of this dryer that I am extremely pleased with my dryer, and have experienced none of the problems the other reviewers have noted, thank goodness.
We bought this dryer in concert with the He3 washer when we moved into our new home. Both the washer and the dryer have performed just perfectly, and I really can't find anything to complain about for either one. This dryer will hold large loads, and still put out great results. I do my husband's shirts and jeans together, and the shirts come out just fine, ready to wear, while the jeans just take a bit longer to dry.
Like the washer, the controls are on the front of the dryer, so they are easily accessible, easy to clean, and I can use the dryer top for storage. The dryer is very well balanced, I've never had a problem with it moving or shimmying, and it dries in far less time than my old dryer. Most loads are done in 30 to 40 minutes, so it's a great time and energy saver.
The only thing I can possibly find to mention is that the drum is so deep, that sometimes I have trouble getting small items out from the back of the drum (I have short arms). Other than that, this dryer is just about perfect. It holds large loads, it dries quickly and effectively, and it uses less energy.
It also has a beep feature that lets you know when the clothes are done, and you can regulate the sound, from high to low. Another great feature, this dryer is QUIET, which was a big consideration for us. I can run the dryer and watch TV in the next room, and it is just about silent. (You can hear clothing buttons and things hit the drum occasionally, but that's about it.)
The dryer is easy to run, and the controls are very easy to use. As with the washer, there are so many different combinations that I haven't even tried them all yet. I just know that all of my laundry has come out just the way I wanted it, and I've had no trouble with the "wrinkle guard" feature, it works just fine and cools down to create less wrinkles.
All in all, I couldn't be more pleased with this dryer, I love it, and it makes doing laundry a pleasure!
