Pros: Durability, desgin, overall value
Cons: Most features require original remote, no subwoofer out
I've had this receiver for 6+ years, and haven't had a major problem with it yet (loosing the remote was it, and that's my own fault). It originally cost me $150 back in 1997, which was not a bad deal then for a pro-logic receiver. It's been solid, and has gone through 4 moves during that time period. The sound and power are pretty good, with ~75 watts per channel max. It's definately not a knock you out of your shoes experience, but it was a great value.
