Pros: Great sound, low price, CD Changer

Cons: No tape controls or numbers on remote
unplugged's Full Review: Kenwood XD-A3 Shelf System
This system is very good. The sound quality is excellent, especially for the type of music I listen to (i.e. Hip-Hop, Jazz, Rock). It provides heavy bass sounds and a rich, clear tone. The controls for the tape deck, however, aren't on the remote. This is a minor setback because I never use the tape deck. When I record CD's onto tapes, it provides a great, low-hiss sound. It has a small size, which is good if you would like to have the system in your room. I would recommend for people who want great sound with a low price tag.
