griff77's Full Review: GrandTec Virtually Indestructible FLX-500U Keyboar...
I thought this might be a good keyboard to have a home. Its small (less than a 1/4" thick), quiet, looks cool, and has a great fell. In addition, its made of a waterproof soft rubber, which allows it roll up and be stuff into a backpack or drawer. In the store, I kept asking myself - why aren't other keyboard made like this? Why hasn't anyone already thought of this? Now I know.
To put it bluntly, this keyboard hardly effective. It fails to recognize keystrokes about 15% of the time. This forces me to re-read what I've typed much too often. I've resorted to typing very hard, and even then without the accuracy you'd expect in a keyboard.
That being said, if you can put up with missed keystrokes, the keyboard might be for you.
