User Rating: Excellent
Ease of Use:
Pros:Affordable. Fits most infant car seats. Weighs 25 pounds. Easy to store.
Cons:No parent tray. Front seat doesn't recline. Footrest is short. Basket opening too small.
The Bottom Line: For the price, easy use, accommodations of other infant car seats, the weight of the stroller - it is a good buy. I am very satisfied with this stroller.
It's a good stroller. I'm a mother of a 2 year old and a 2 month old. I am 5 feet tall, so I was searching for a stroller that wasn't too heavy and hard to take in and out of my Tahoe. Also I didn't want to invest a lot of money on another stroller that would not accommodate my existing infant car seat. After much research and reading several parent reviews on tandem strollers, this stroller seemed to fit my needs the best. I looked at the Graco Dual Glider - it rides pretty smooth (which was very impressive), but it was too heavy and big for me. This stroller is not as smooth but workable. I bought this stroller mainly because it was the one that weighed less and I could lift it without any problems. Most of the tandem strollers I looked into weighed from 35 to 50 pounds. This stroller only weighed 25 pounds and it fits perfect in the back of my Tahoe. It is easy to fold up and put away. I also love the fact that I can use my Eddie Bauer infant car seat with this stroller. Plus it cost less than $100. I've only used this stroller for about two weeks, so for right now the only complaints I have about this stroller is that 1) it doesn't have a parent tray or storage compartment on the handles like the Eddie Bauer stroller that I have, 2) the front seat doesn't recline at all, 3) the footrest is too short for my son's legs that his feet hang and, 4) the opening to the basket is too small to accommodate my big diaper bag. Which makes it hard to be prepared and bring enough of the essentials for both kids (clothes, snacks, diapers, etc...)
