Had the card just one day and the TV tuner went out. The picture was very poor. video capture poor, software pitiful,I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I read 1 review on card it was bad, thought the guy just had a stroke of bad luck, don't I fell like a fool. The number for customer service is disconnected, I emailed them No response yet(5th day). Would be a great do all card if worked. Spend your money on something else. Thanks J.K W
