This is one expensive machine to spend most of the time in the mail back and forth to Dell being repaired. We recently purchased 10 of these machines for work. Of the ten 3 have either been replaced or returned several times for repair. The remainder continue to have unlimited problems. Loading a network card on the machines was a nightmare and the shut down on the machines never works. The machine continually lock up and we have had to reload software many times. Compatibility with printers is also unacceptable(numerous errors or conflicts). DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE. The customer support received by Dell is also less than expected. For the money paid you can do a lot better.
