Toshiba satellite 2415-S205 is my first owned laptop, however, I¡¯ve used some other laptops as well, which are Sony, IBM and Compaq. Compare with it, this computer has more advantages than drawbacks. Obviously, Toshiba satellite 2415-S205 has a relatively higher disposition and quality-to-price ration.This computer has wonderful sound effect above all, which is 3-D sound. While you¡¯re typing and listening to music, sound just comes from the front and around you. Second is the nice display. The display diagonal Size is 15 inches and LCD native resolution is 1024-by-768. Such attributes are good, especially for browsing and watching DVDs. By the way, a 15 inches display is good for your eyesight. In addition, its keyboard and touch pad is much easier to use than Compaq.Furthemore, the DVD-ROM/CD-ROM and floppy drive are built in;and CD controls allow music playback even if the PC is off. 'Satellite'2415-S205 fit my lifestyle better.
On the other hand, the battery is not so capable as IBM¡¯s. It is able to last at most 2.5 hours common use. Another defect of this computer is at her USB ports. The ports are set a little bit deeper, so that it is hard to use sometimes. Finally, the last slight problem is about its weight and size, whose size (LWH) is 12.8 inches, 11.2 inches, 1.7 inches and 7.5 pounds. It is a little bit heavier to hold.
To sum up, balance pros and cons, though it still needs improving, Toshiba satellite 2415-S205 is a competent laptop. It can support your persistent work and be your good assistant. Importantly, incredible price brings you incredible performance.
