Cons: The software is older but upgradeable (understandable since the model is being phased out).

I LOVE my new Toshiba computer! I've never even seen a nicer one. It's lightning fast, absolutely gorgeous -- inside and out, and sounds like a super stereo. It has everything that I was looking for in a multimedia machine: a 2.2 MHz. Intel Pentium 4 mobile processor, a 60 GB. hard drive (plus you can add a second one or a secondary battery), 512 RAM (expandable to 1024), 64 mb. of dedicated video memory, UXGA resolution on a 15" screen that you can view from any angle (theatre style), great stereo speakers, and even a subwoofer. All of the network cards are integrated (including WiFi), and it even writes DVD's. The ease of use is absolutely amazing. I'd buy it again in a flash!
