That's what's wrong with my printer! ("Canon printers and Epson printers have the heads built in/onto the units or separate from the ink cartridge itself.") [growl]
Thanks for that very thorough review—not only do I now know about that printer and brand, I also have some things to bear in mind when I finally do have the money to shop for a new printer.

Nice informative review.
I too believe if something works, I keep it. So many people have problems when purchasing new items and frustrations trying to get them resolved. My HP is quite old but works fine for me.
