| zirconx's Full Review: Lightning Audio Bolt B2.150.2 Car Amp |
I searched for a 50 watt 2 channel amplifier for a few weeks. I wanted something that was a name brand (Lightning Audio is made by Rockford Fosgate and sold my major retailers) and would sound good.
I ended up getting this 50W x 2 amp off Ebay for $30 shipped (used).
It has most features you would expect from a good amp these days: Full/Hi/Low pass filter with variable crossover and a bass boost. It takes 10 gauge power wire, and has an option for a cooling fan (probably not needed unless you are going to run it very hard).
I will mention that there's not at much bass as I expected, I'm not sure if that is a characteristic of the amp or something else in my system.
