Oh, I'm happy with my new Seagate ... well, mostly happy. I'm this close to ripping Dell a new one for selling me a refurbished Seagate as 'new'.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I have been through the ringer with both Maxtor and Western Digital drives; I buy nothing but Seagate now. Great review…
