This is the worst purchase I've made in the last year.

1. The player is fragile.

2. It eats batteries like nobody's business. If you're not using it take the batter out your it will be dead when you try it next time.

3. Sometimes it recognizes the memory chip, sometimes it doesn't.

4. The earpiece cord is fragile.

5. It is complicated to use and the manual included is terrible.

6. The software used to upload music is pathetic.

7. Support is non-existent.

This is a terrible product and I will never, as long as I live, buy another Memorex item. Do yourself a favor and pass this one up.
