Generally a decent upgrade within MS context for essential basic programs. However there appear to be problems with OUTLOOK that never occurred before...i.e., inability to enter First Name Last Name, and automatically sort on Last Name, First Name. Horrendous confusion now caused in address book and contacts due to chaotic inability to sort properly. Frequent failures occur with Outlook, and are sent on to MS with no feedback whatsoever. Attended MS workshop, and was assured that Office X/P would work with Win98, but some features would not. Word, Excel appear slightly improved, but occasional failures are annoying and unresolved. No one seems to know what is causing error messages, even at the highest referred levels. Frankly feel that Office 200 was last solid version of Office package at this time.
