Pros: Amazing, accurate bass for a compact sub. More than enough power for 90% of users
Cons: I don't think you can get them anymore
The Bottom Line: Buy it if you run across one, you can always set it up as a second or a backup when your JBL blows up.

| stevegibbs's Full Review: Miller and Kreisel V-75 MK II Speaker |
This is the first sub I ever bought and I'm running it w/ a set of Klipsch RB5s and it fills them in perfectly. It has a "low pass filter" where you run both sets of the main speaker wire into it and it filters out (adjustable) the lowest frequencies so that they don't pass on thru to the RB5s. The RB5s then don't have to push the low bass ranges, not having to work as hard and let them do what they do best with more power for the upper bass and mid range. This results in a far superior sound than just running a line directly to the sub with the standard wires to the main speakers.
I have a second setup and it was difficult to find a sub that still had this feature. I settled on the Energy XL-S12, which I bought ˝ price yesterday (unheard at a Good Guy's warehouse sale)and was searching the web for info/review on the Energy, which seems well liked, when I happened on this baby. I tried to find an M&K on Ebay, but why sell it? If you see one, grab it.
