Computer refused to shut down automatically running under Windows XP or Windows 2000

Pros: Easy to install, added extra fans, runs extremely fast, seems to be very stable.

Cons: The software when installed kept the computer from shutting down automatically.

Installed Win XP and 'puter would not shut off automatically. Otherwise, board works fine. Ran this under Windows Xp and Windows 2000 and got same result.
