Pros: Good stable board with lots of potential and easy to configure.
Cons: ATA-100 Raid is marginal.
The Bottom Line: If you want an Intel P-III motherboard, don't hesitate to buy this one.

The manual for this board is large enough that I wasn't sure that I wanted to get into something so complex that it neede that much description. :-)
But, after my initial trepidation, I gave it a shot and had very little trouble in getting it to run. The CPU I chose required a 100MHz FSB, but when I tried the dip-switches on the board, the only way the MB would POST, was to have the switches configured for a 66MHz FSB. Then, I was able to go into BIOS and use the Soft Switch software to complete the modification.
Initially, I used the RAID connectors for the 3 ATA-66 hard drives without setting them up as raid drives. While it worked fine, it was much slower on various benchmark tests than my old P2-350's benchmarks. After trading the connections to the normal IDE connections, everything worked great and had definite speed increases.
I have had no other issues with this board. The extra fan connections that are monitored for speed as well as temperature inputs are great features.
Overclocking works great, but I don't push it too hard. I want things to last a while.
Definately a good buy.
