Pros: Very Cheap Mother board that's stable.
Cons: 751 AMD Chipset and only 3 memory slots.

I bought this board to test a Athlon Processor I was given to me by a friend. At the time I didn't really want to spend a lot of money on a new Mother board and this was the cheapest board available. After buying it I was a little uneasy to learn that they have 3 revisions on this model. That made me worried that I may have got a Motherboard that was sitting on the shelf for a few months. But after I hooked it up and tested it. It ran really good. But I didn't stay with this motherboard very long. I'm a big fan of A-BIT boards. and I bought the A-BIT K7 board that uses the new VIA chip set. but as for how I feel about this board it's good for the money. It's stable and cheap but the AMD 751 chipset does have it's problems. If you want a system that Can be more competitive to the Intel Chips. I would look at a board that uses a VIA chipset. Also more memory slots. I like to run with 512MB and I have all 128MB dims. Over all a okay board.
