Not much better than its predecessor HS820

Pros:looks nice, more 'sex' appeal than 820
 Cons:poor quality, high drop rate

I own both of them, and I'd buy the 820 over again a dozen times. The neat feature is the flip-out mic piece which helps save battery life, but otherwise it drops out the sound, and is generally very tinny-sounding.
