Pros:The only thing good was the price, but it's not worth it.
 Cons:Almost everything

I recently rented a truck to move from So Cal to Arizona, and I will never use Budget again. The office in Indio, Ca, where I picked up the truck was the most disgusting and dirty office I've ever seen, and the customer service was awful.
