I bought this thing from Best Buy a couple of months ago on sale for $150. It was already showing signs of defective workmanship when I pulled it out of the box. The wires on the headphones were cut at different lengths for each ear which made them unusable. The unit itself constantly freezes during downloads and requires that you shut it off and pull out the battery. I find myself having to re-format the internal drive at least once a week because it freezes or the tracks are played back distorted. The tech support is out of Korean and utterly useless. I also have no faith in them since they allowed a unit with so many physical and software defects to pass through their quality control inspection. I wouldn't mind if this was a really cheap unit I could just throw way after a couple of months, but for $150 I expected it to be more reliable and durable. Don't waste your money and avoid the frustration.
