The Bottom Line: So easy to use with many basic features that you will fall in love. Its rugid design will also protect it from your kids and the weather.

Digital Camera Shopping
I was looking around for a decent digital camera that could take decent shots to post on the Internet and decent shots for the everyday use. When I entered in the store I was told that the 4 megapixel cameras would be best for they would preserve the quality of the picture when cropping. Therefore I began checking out Nikon, Cannon, and the I found the Olympus series.
Durability
I fell in love with the Stylus 410 Digital when I picked it up. First of all I loved its All-weather splash-proof design which makes it ideal to use almost anywhere and anytime without worrying about frying the camera in the rain. Second I love its durable metal frame; I have seen many cameras fall once or someone bangs against the wall and the casing on the camera cracks and ruins the camera sometimes. However, with this casing, you can drop it a few times and bang it on the wall a few more and it will still be intact and working.
Picture Quality
I saw its 4 megapixel CCD quality and felt satisfied that it would produce sharp image results that would work in the office and in the everyday life situations. It has a basic zoom feature: 3x optical/4x digital/12x total seamless zoom. It also has this TruePic TURBO Image Processor which gives a smoother edge-to-edge result on the picture; with a faster camera response time for quicker start-up and less shutter delay.
Even Easier Now, To Print
I also saw right next to the camera an additional feature that makes it easier to use a digital camera. A PictBridge enabled printer, such as the Olympus P-10 which hooks up to a simple USB connection, now there is no hassle loading and cropping on the computer, simply just print anywhere! In the End
I bought the camera! When I began to use it I found it most simple and easy for anyone to use. Its picture quality was up to par as I desired and works great for the Internet shots. You do sacrifice a bit of picture quality compared to higher end cameras; however for its price of under $300.00 you can not get any better.
Its video QuickTime capabilities are great; however, it is not that great on recording the sounds but does the job. If you are looking for a durable digital camera that can do many things and is easy to use buy this one. If you are looking for extremely perfect quality pictures buy a high end camera that has more megapixels and it will improve the picture quality. If you have any more questions feel free to ask me.
