Pros: Works well with old models that are in their code books

Cons: No support for new equipment. No customer support.

I have a pretty busy home theater system. DVD DVD-R a digital theater amp, a cable box, a VCR, a CD player and a TV. I thought that it would be a good idea to get a remote to handle all of this stuff. I have used One for alls before and they work well and last a long time.
One for all is selling these "upgradable" universal remote without new codes so you will have to call. ( It's a toll call) to get the remote to work with the DVD-R and Theater amp. I tried the web site, no help there. The web site says fill out the model number, brand and so on and my name address and email address only to have it say "Please Resubmit Your Request. This page cannot be accessed directly." Ok I say to myself I will call the number. They only man the phones for 8AM to 5PM EST.
No help to day. I'm sending it back and buying an RCA from target.
